Social and Business Networking Our Chamber offers many opportunities for members to network in a social and business setting. We host monthly mixers, have professional committees for members to join, and now offer a social network through Facebook. We send a weekly Friday E-News to our members and allow them to post announcements for free. We also list their job openings on our website for no fee. The Chamber staff are members of and attend community meetings and events to help local and regional initiatives like the downtown and village groups, Workforce Investment Board (WIB), HR Professionals Group, Rotary and much more. Political Independence The Chamber is a non-partisan and not affiliated with any political party; it is neither financed no indebted to any local, state or federal government agency. It is our goal to work with our leaders and support a business-friendly environment that will support our economic development. Recent Newsletters May 2010 computer version, or printable version |
