Our new dynamic leadership program for Chamber members and non-members begins enrollment in May (deadline extended to July 30) and the class begins in September 2010.

Leadership Lamoille is a great program that businesses can use to develop leaders within their own company. One way is by using it as an annual program and appointing one specially chosen employee to send through the program. I know when my company approached me in 2002 and told me I was the pick for the 2003 Leadership Champlain class, I was proud of the job I was doing and the obvious confidence shown to me by by employer. Leadership Champlain helped me become the leader I am today. Let Leadership Lamoille do the same for you and your staff!
