Important Links

Our board of directors and staff are working hard to bring the important issues to our members and will continue to do this throughout the session and into the summer as the new elections approach. Last fall we sent out a legislative survey to our members via email. The results of the survey can be found HERE. Also, check out the links at the bottom of this page for important links and news.

This survey helped us to draft our 2010 legislative priority list. Some of the items on this list are the same as 2009 because we feel our representatives can still affect change in these areas. With our help and support we believe our legislative representatives can continue to learn about what is important for our region and state and help us to make Lamoille County and Vermont a better business environment, a great place to live and raise our families, and a wonderful place to visit.

We hope you, as a member of this chamber of commerce, will join us at important events like the 2010 Legislative Breakfast Series and even in the State House when important issues arise. Because we want you to be aware of issues that arise that may affect your business, school, charity, etc, we will be posting updates on this page and also be sending out legislative updates via email.
